Hello Everyone!
Before I get into any specifics about this NEW line from the Body Shop called, "Oils of Life", I need to just say... This skincare range leaves your skin feeling out of this world soft. I mean 'babies butt' smooth. I was so pleasantly surprised by this line that I thought I would share with you this new line now, even though it doesn't officially come out in the United States until end of August, however the UK and some other countries already have released the line. Each item in the line contains at least the following three precocious seed oils: Black Cumin Oil from Egypt, Rosehip Oil from Chile, and Camellia Oil from China. Black Cumin Oil is known for it's high concentration of antioxidants. Rosehip Oil is rich in repairing Omega 3 and 6, and Camellia Oil is very rich in nutritive oleic acid. The catch phrase of the entire line is, "seeds give life to a new plant, making seed oils one of the most concentrated sources of essential nutrients on Earth. Cold pressed to their pure form, we preserve their potent properties to ensure the utmost affinity to skin."

What's my favorite part about this product you ask? Well, I have two. First, the way it leaves your skin feeling is unlike anything I've ever tried before. Two, since the oils are such high quality they almost immediately soak into the skin and you aren't left feeling greasy... at all. The suggested use is only 1-2 drops morning and/or night, and should be applied to the face and neck areas using your fingers or massage tool. As you can see the the left, my hand is left feeling super hydrated, supple, nourished, and revitalised instantly. This is definitely a product I would say rush out and grab as soon as they come out. This is suitable for all skin types even sensitive skin!

As you can see to the right, when applied onto the skin it leaves with a very nourished look! I would recommend this product to people who don't want to put the concentrated oil onto their face, but want a little bit of a refreshing feel while still getting the benefits of the precious seed oils. Instantly the skin feels moisturized and replenished, but after just four weeks the product will improve the skins overall radiance, leaves skin looking smoother and more revived.
Similar to the other products in the line, the Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Cream contains the three precious seed oils. This is by far the thickest product in the line, and I would recommend that one should gravitate towards this product if you suffer from more dry skin. Instantly upon applying this cream the skin feels intensely moisturized, nourished, more supple, and way smoother and soft than before. In just four weeks the product claims to leave skin appearing more charged and revitalised, wrinkles will appear to be minimized as well. This product should be applied morning and/or evening and a pea sized amount is all you will need for the entire face and neck area.
Finally, the last product I will be telling you about is the Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Gel Cream. This is the sister to the above cream, however it has a much lighter, gel like, moisturizer feel to it. This is the product I have personally fallen in love with for my skin because I like a little bit lighter of a moisturizer. I have quite oily skin, but believe it or not, it's actually very healthy to put products that contain pure oils like this onto oily skin because it helps to balance out the oil production. This leaves the skin feeling dewey, light and fresh but still insanely nourished and soft. Within the formula they have added illuminating micro-pearls which give the skin a very refreshed and radiant look. Again, this prodcut should be applied morning and/or night with only a pea-sized amount for the face and neck areas.
Below, I have pictured a little bit of each the Intensely Revitalising Gel Cream, and the Intensely Revitalising Cream so you can see the difference in textures. Clearly the cream looks thicker and better for people with dryer skin, but I personally love the gel cream.

I hope you enjoy!
Cheers,
Haleigh
